M.R. Weld It was founded by C.E.O. Michael Rhodes who has 12- plus years in the manufacturing, industrial, and commercial construction fields. Mr. Rhodes has had the privilege to do work for one of the greatest investors in the world Warren Buffet. Mr. Rhodes received certifications  in advanced welding from Industrial Welding Academy, Houston Community College, and even had extensive training at Alvin Community College in welding and fitting. After receiving various trainings: from Welding, blueprint reading, fitting, Business, marketing, etc.. , Mr. Rhodes was introduced to Business and Entrepreneurship where he found a great interest and began to be mentored and trained to run a successful business. Mr. Rhodes desired to be a business owner but was tied to a job and didn't have the greatest thing he need to get started TIME. Mr. Rhodes was soon laid off from his company along with another 79% of the company.   Fast-forward to today M.R. Weld It was started and we've assisted numerous of satisfied clients both Residential and Commercial in and out of town. We are still growing creating jobs and bringing a great product to the market!
